IRISS: Graphic Recording

In collaboration with: Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services (Iriss)
Services: Graphic Recording, Visualisation

Co-founder, Sarah Ahmad, has collaborated with numerous organisations, such as Iriss, to produce graphic recordings, which are real-time live drawings of topics, conversations and discussions taking place during events, conferences and discussions, and the synthesising of information and words into captivating visual images and illustrations. Graphic recording is a useful and valuable technique that allows the visual documentation of key moments and turning points of a conversation, providing a powerful effect upon participants and members at the event.

One of the many interesting projects that Sarah has worked on with Iriss is called Change the Frame; a project about the journeys out of homelessness, where she took the valuable stories of experienced individuals and translated them into visual documentation and illustrations for a short 4 page publication.
